The goal of Come Share Day Programs for Older Adults is to support both our clients and their caregivers. We support our clients by providing a day full of recreational and social opportunities (exercises, musical entertainment, cards, shuffleboard and many more activities) a hot lunch and many friendly faces and plenty of camaraderie.  We provide support to our clients' caregivers by offering them a free day to do what ever they wish while knowing their loved one is in good hands.   

We have a nurse at each site that can assist our clients with health monitorring as requested or required by a physician.  The nurse can check blood pressure, blood sugar levels, monitor weight and special diet requirements.  The nurse will also liaise with clients' case managers and other members of the health care team to help maintain a smooth continuim of care.

Our two Adult Day programs are contracted by the Fraser Health Authority to provide a variety of recreational, educational, therapeutic and social programming. Our Surrey site operates Monday to Friday while our White Rock site operates Monday to Saturday.
