It's a place for adults to socialize and participate in recreational activities in a safe and supervised setting. We promote independent living, health & wellness and community involvement.

Program Hours: 10:30am -2:30pm Tuesday through Friday

We provide:

a break for people caring for their family member

transportation to and from participants homes

health monitoring and wellness

medication supervision

social and recreational opportunities

exercise programs

counselling and referral services

physical, mental, emotional and social stimulation

coffee and muffin upon arrival

a nutritious lunch cooked on site

connection with the community

Donations

The West End Adult Day Centre is funded in part by the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority. It is necessary to raise funds from the private sector each year to augment funding in the areas of transportation, program materials, entertainment and general operating costs. With the rising costs of gas, donations are much needed and greatly appreciated. We thank you in advance for considering us as a charity to contribute to.
