Our Staff

Our staff are professionally trained, multidisciplined and multicultural.

The Adult Day Centre staff constantly monitor each client’s progress. We maintain regular communication with our clients’ caregivers, and connect clients with needed community & medical resources, such as:

• Family and Other Caregivers
• Client’s physician
• Client’s caseworker
• Hospital STAT centers
• Other Health Care professionals as required

Medical Monitoring:

• Registered Nurse on site
• Medication supervision and management as needed
• Weight and blood pressure management
• Diet counselling
• Podiatry & other services
• One-on-one counselling
