How to be Referred
ADC Clients are older adults, who live independently but whose ability to function is affected by long term and/or chronic health problems. Must be assessed & referred by the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority.
All clients are assessed and referred by VCHA Case Managers before being admitted to the program.

What Does it Cost
The Ministry subsidizes the major part of the daily costs for this service. Clients pay a daily fee to cover meals, snacks and transportation costs.

This is a new ADC located at 3355 East 5th Avenue in Vancouver.

The ADC operates between 9.45 - 2.45 Mondays through Fridays.
We provide a full range of health-monitoring, therapeutic, social activities, plus a 3-course meal each day. Cost to Seniors is $10.00 per day including transportation.
